Jesus guys, for the last time, Dead Space wasn't lead on PS3. It never was. It was ported over to the PS3 a little more than 6 months ago, and they made sure that it was up to par with the 360 version which was lead.

I prefer Sam Fisher to Solid Snake actually... well Old Snake at least, Classic Snake with buzz cut hair in the first games was badass... Mullet not so much.
I'm not really of the kind of person that would play these hardcore racing games like Forza or GT5, I'm more of a GO FAST VROOOM I CRASH YOU GO BOOM kind of guy, Burnout Paradise and PGR4 suit me just fine. Too much simulation in Forza and GT5, turning is a nightmare on those games compared to more arcadey games.

I don't see the problem. I recently traded in my Opus 360 for a newer arcade model for the HDMI slot and the more reliable motherboard, Falcon or the newer one, it cost me about $79 but I got 5 arcade games, Gears of War and a controller bundled with it. It's a wonder how my Opus 360 survived for so long...
Agreed though your example is a little flawed because Gears 2 is still over 90. The only reason people would buy it is to shut their kids up at Christmas. When I was a kid, I got a SNES for my belated birthday/Christmas present and I enjoyed the hell out of it even though I had no memory card... I remember the first 3 levels of Mario, TMNT 1989, and Power Rangers well.

It's the fastest Blu-Ray Disc drive, not the fastest disc drive all around. The DVD disk drive is the fastest. They're only comparing the Blu-Ray disc drives here, did anyone even glace at the article?
The Blu-Ray drive is still a tad slow compared to the DVD drive hence the installs. Would they really force you to install games on your hard drive if it was faster then DVD?
